Welcome to Bloom
Genna Clark CPCC PCC
Bloom Programme founder
Personal development is the keystone in building your confidence, self-awareness, performance and joy, to support you to thrive, not just survive.
It directly impacts your beliefs, attitudes, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, trust, decision making skills, communication style, choices and resilience. And as the benefits are applicable across your life and career, the results see you levelling up and being happier in all areas.
Why is that important to your workplace? Because according to research by Oxford University's Saïd Business School, happier employees are 13% more productive. We also see that happier employees are more likely to be loyal, value innovation, lead better and create cultures that support organisations, in both the short and long term.
But it's a common approach of organisations to go for the 'sticky plaster' approach to CPD for managers; training them to learn tactical skills and tools, while ignoring the elephant in the room - that they aren't confident because they haven't had the chance to do the inner work.
My Bloom Programme is the antidote. The heart of the programme is centred around personal development, but experience has shown me that your confidence also comes from knowing that you're not alone, and that you have the tools and skills to handle whatever comes your way. And that's exactly why the programme also combines group sessions and self-study skills modules, assessments and resources for those on a leadership journey.
At the heart of this programme is personal development. It is core to both personal success, and professional success. Bloom instils a new level of confidence into the bones of each participant, while growing your peer network.
A highly-personalised 1:1 experience focusing on what really matters to you, whether that's confidence, career development, leadership, clarity, life goals or self-love.
We'll explore your goals, what gives you energy and joy, what gets in your way, and then move into action to make things happen!
A supportive learning and growth environment in small groups. Participants are able to practice coach-style communication skills for people leadership, receive coaching, and build their network and peer relationships for ongoing support, insights, fun and collaboration.
People leadership is powerfully enhanced with a set of skills and toolkit that can be learned. The Bloom programme encourages each participant to create their own bespoke toolkit, to complement their unique needs and authentic leadership style.
"A thrilling journey with more personal growth than I have known in years. Genna is a warm, intuitive and motivating coach. If you are looking for change and new inspiration, give her a call."
Nicola Bowen
"Wow, where do I start. Genna supported me through a 6 month process of transition. I had never worked 1:1 with a coach before so was a little apprehensive. I don't think I realised how stuck I was until we started working together. Over time, through the encouragement, insight and guidance I was able to free myself from the big elements that were holding me back and regain my power. I can now move forward into my businesses with two feet forward and am excited for all of the magic that I am going to create from this new and glorious place. Thank you Genna for making everything possible! It is a whole new world!"

"I really enjoyed working with Genna. I learned things about myself that I didn't know. It also helped me boost my confidence. I now have clear actions to get closer to my career dream."
Céline Van Schoote
YouTube Partner Operations Manager, Google
"Genna has a mastered skill in coaching; in every single session she delivers exactly on her promise - to shift my thinking to a place that thoroughly serves me. I get up from every session an elevated version of myself. I can't imagine growing myself and my business without her."

This is a personalised development and coaching journey. You can begin the 1:1 coaching and self-paced learning modules at any time in the year, although the group session cohorts start at various points in the year, as required - typically January (with a break for Easter), after Easter (with a break for the summer holidays) and September (with a break over the Christmas period).
If your organisation opts to enrol a full cohort of participants in Bloom, the programme can begin at any point in the year.
Learning, reflecting and building new habits and awareness over time is far more effective than an intensive burst of learning, so the full Bloom programme is shared over six months, with a manageable and effective time commitment each week.
I don't want you to buy another sticking plaster: I want you to commit to transformation.
The full Bloom programme includes:
✅ 8 x 55-minute 1:1 coaching sessions. This is your completely bespoke component of the programme. Time with me in a trusted space to explore what's on your mind or challenging you, get clear on what you really want and have accountability to move into action to create outcomes that matter to you. Typically held on Zoom, although phone and Teams are also possible.
For organisational cohorts, in person coaching may also be possible.
✅ 6 x 90-minute monthly group sessions for coaching, networking, training and support. These offer a powerful growth and development opportunity to participants - sharing challenges and insights with your peers can be an incredibly rich, fun, inspiring and validating experience that not only grows your network, it can also see your confidence surge.
In organisational cohorts, group sessions also forge bonds between and within teams - giving much needed connection, psychological safety, belonging, understanding and synergy in otherwise remote, hybrid and siloed teams.
✅ Self-paced tools, trainings and resources. From communication skills, life coaching and resilience tools, to leadership tools, feedback models and motivational approaches, you will be given a variety of mini-trainings to boost your leadership toolkit, along with personality assessments that provide revealing insights into your strengths, energisers, values, the things that hold you back and the impact you have.
✅ Whatsapp support for accountability, and
✅ Your personal learning journal and workbook for your journey.
If you're curious about designing your own combination of the Bloom components, book a call with me.
The full Bloom programme time investment is approximately 4-6 hours per month, plus any additional time for actions you choose to takeaway between sessions to move you towards your own goals and dreams. In more detail, this breaks down as:
✅ 8 x 55-minute 1:1 sessions via Zoom. The 1:1 coaching sessions are to be taken at 2-4 week intervals, depending on what timing works best for you. They must all be used within the six-month programme timeline, or are forfeit. Each session can be booked using my online calendar at a time that suits you during UK working hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, subject to availability. There may also be scope for sessions outside of these hours, by prior agreement.
(Total: 1-2 hours per month, plus any time for actions you choose to commit to between sessions)
✅ 6 x 90-minute monthly group sessions for coaching, networking and support. Timings are designed with each group - if it is not possible to find a time you can make, or this part of the programme does not appeal to you, then I also offer the Bloom programme without the group session component.
(Total: 1.5 hours per month)
✅ Self-paced tools, trainings and resources. These resources will be released to the group and/or individual as required and relevant, to avoid overwhelm and clarify focus. Typically, you can expect 1-2 resources to be released per month, each requiring 20-45 minutes to watch/complete and then approximately another 30-60 minutes to reflect and complete your workbook notes (this can vary a lot from participant to participant). Learning modules are not compulsory - they are design to complement and enhance your coaching experience and you get to decide what value each holds for you and where to spend your time. I just ask that you make the commitment to bring a growth mindset and be intentional about participating fully in the programme over the whole six months.
(Total: approx 1.5-3 hours per month)
If you have questions for me about any of the above, then please book a call with me or send an enquiry using the web form.
1:1 coaching sessions are booked by you, using my online calendar. If you book a session and then realise that you can no longer make it, you are welcome to reschedule - I just ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. There is a reschedule link contained within each 1:1 session booking confirmation to support you to do this with ease.
The group session dates and times will be arranged before the programme kicks off. I will use an online poll to find the most convenient fixed time for all participants in that cohort. If you find that you are unable to make the group session schedule, then I recommend that you drop back to the Bloom 1:1 coaching and training programme, without the group component. The price will be adjusted accordingly.
If you do sign up to the group session dates once they are confirmed (and I strongly encourage you to do that - they are so rich!) and later find you are unable to attend sessions, then please be aware that for confidentiality reasons they will not be recorded and there will not be any make up sessions, so I recommend you consider these timings as firm and immovable priorities in your schedule.
For the self-paced skills training and toolkit you will retain access to all online programme tools and trainings in your member account for a minimum of three months beyond the scheduled programme finish date.
For the full six-month Bloom experience, the cost is £2,997 per person, payable as three equal instalments of £999 (due before the programme starts, at week 8, and at week 16).
For those people who are able to pay in full before the programme starts, I appreciate the ease that creates for me! As a thank you, I would like to offer you a £200 discount, bringing the total to £2,797 per person.
If you are unable/choose not to participate in the group session component of the programme, the total cost for the programme is reduced to £1,995.
And if you are only interested in 1:1 coaching with me, you can design your own 4-5 month programme from £1,495.

If you are committed to your personal development and growth, but money is genuinely an obstacle for you, I have one place per cohort that I offer on a sliding scale.
To express your interest in this, send an enquiry using the web form and I will let you know my bursary application details (you will not need to show your income - just your intention and motivation).
No. The full Bloom programme blend of 1:1 coaching, group coaching and self-paced learning modules is designed to maximise results at a price that gives you exceptional value for money. Each cohort shapes that experience according to what works for them. But I appreciate that it might not be for everyone.
You might prefer to pick and choose your own combination of elements, to design a bespoke programme that works best for you. I invite you to book a call with me to discuss your wish list.
Although Bloom is a personal development programme for professional women, I also offer coaching and training for mixed gender groups using elements from the Bloom programme model and toolkit. To date, roughly 50% of my clients have been men!
It's all four! At the heart of the Bloom programme is personal development, which is the foundation that underpins all our success in our lives, careers, leadership and relationships.
When you invest in growing who you are as a person, building your self-awareness of your desires and beliefs; exploring your purpose and ability to have a meaningful impact; learning what it takes to trust and love yourself; honing your emotional intelligence; and discovering your authentic confidence and leadership style; then you inadvertently develop your own life coaching and leadership toolkit for transformational results.
They are inextricably intertwined.
We are all leaders in the making, no matter our job title. We can all influence, inspire, energise, uplift, empower and include others. We also have the ability to limit, judge, undermine, demotivate, stress and intimidate others, as well. Developing your self-awareness, grounded confidence, happiness by design and emotional intelligence is the difference between consciously taking responsibility for the impact you want to have... and not.
